How much does it cost to chip tune my car?

The cost of a tune varies depending on the car's make, model, year, and engine type. On average, a Stage 1 remap for cars with a standard ECU starts at around €250. Stage 2 tunes typically start at €400, with additional costs for further upgrades and modifications.

What if I don't have a suitable ECU for a chip tune?

If your car does not have a suitable ECU for tuning, we offer new ECUs that meet your needs. Ultimately, our goal is to make everything possible!

  • What is chip tuning?

    Chip tuning is a modern form of improving the performance of your car. Your vehicle is refined using the most favorable techniques to optimize the performance. On average, the power of a car can increase by as much as 20%-40% after chip tuning. This means that if your car had 150 hp, you could possibly have 180 to 210 hp after chip tuning. Of course, this varies per vehicle.

  • Dyno tune vs Street tune

    Dyno tuning is a way to optimize the performance of your car using a so-called 'dyno test stand'. This method not only measures the power (hp), but also the torque (Nm). After a thorough analysis, the software is adjusted and re-implemented in your vehicle. The results of this adjustment are immediately visible after a new measurement on the dyno test stand, which shows that a dyno tuning is much more accurate than a street tuning.

    In addition to precision, a dyno also offers extra safety. A roller bench can detect potential problems, malfunctions or wear and tear on the car.

    The advantage of a streettune is that it is a lot cheaper and faster. That is why it is usually chosen. The dyno is used more for customers who really have a specific goal for their vehicle.
